BioOutsource Ltd. has developed an online, client interactive application that will facilitate the study management process for our clients. The BioWeb application will allow BioOutsource to act as an extension of our client’s business, facilitating the ease of outsourcing.

This user friendly application will provide an online study management tool that will speed up the outsourcing process by:

  • Allowing rapid online generation and approval of quotes and contracts
  • Allowing online input of Test Material details
  • Publishing of Study Protocols and Reports

Provide an unprecedented level of transparency by:

  • Publishing all study specific raw data and batch records for online review
  • Publishing critical assay and equipment validation reports

Provide a unique scheduling tool by:

  • Generating an up to date schedule of current, historical and upcoming studies, complete with laboratory reporting timeframes.

The purpose of the BioWeb Application is to allow our clients access to their data, this in turn will improve control, aid communication and reduce the time to release. There will be no more delays caused by time zone issues and no need to wait for emails, telephone calls or faxes. Each client will be provided password and user name access plus an additional security feature along with two dedicated servers and a dual protected firewall that will prevent unauthorised access to the system and your data. The system also meets CFR 21 part 11 compliance. BioOutsource will show that with the BioWeb we have created a tailor-made way to alleviate many of the challenges associated with conventional Contract Research Organisation interactions.
